This Puglia white is sourced from the hills in the north of Bari, from calcareous-clay soils. A soft pressing is followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine then ages for 4 months in steel and bottle.
A crisp white with mouthwatering acidity, this Verdeca displays juicy exotic fruit and pineapple aromas, back by touches of salinity.
