Mon Blanc venezia giulia

Tocai Friulano - Ribolla Gialla - Malvasia

The grapes are sourced from the I Ciliegi vineyard, and vines are grown in marl and   sandstone soil. Harvest and production is of the same style as the Castello’s other whites, all in stainless steel, with the wine then spending 6-8 months on the lees.

Aromatically, the medium-bodied Mon Blanc demonstrates purity, with fine aromas of sea-salt and lemon zest, backed by subtle pear-tart and toast notes.
